Refund Policy
1. Basic Principle
Since the Platform is an intermediary that runs no warehouse of its own, refunds aren't automatic — we use a refund only after review through the report/dispute process. An order not cancelled immediately after payment can still be cancelled directly by the buyer, but only until the seller starts shipping it.
2. When a Refund Is Available
- The seller didn't ship the item within the shipping deadline
- The item arrived significantly different from its description, or damaged
- The listing was deactivated after a report found the seller was selling a prohibited item
3. Refund Process
File a dispute for the order from "My Orders," and our team will review it and decide on a refund or seller payout. This can take a few business days.
4. Fees and Other Notes
The intermediary commission is charged on successfully completed transactions; it's returned if a refund is decided. That said, a refund for a simple change of mind may not be supported once the seller has already shipped the item. Whether a loss in transit qualifies for a refund is decided case by case.
